Christopher Newport University will be at Hylton Monday, March 15 at 8:30 for on-site admissions. Please click here for additional information.

Summer School Registration Information

Students can register for 2010 Summer School starting Monday, March 1, through Friday, June 18. Please read all of the Summer School information carefully before registering for the program. Click here for information and forms. There are three high school registration forms: Form B (New and Repeat courses); Form C (SOL Remediation Program & Tests); and Form D (Driver Education). 
Russian Students Earn Honors!

NHS Blood Drive

The National Honor Society will sponsor a Blood Drive with Inova Blood Donor Services on Tuesday, March 16. Donors must be at least 16 years old. Students may sign up to donate during lunch periods from March 8-12. Adults may email Ms Graham at grahamja@pwcs.edu to request an appointment.
College Information Night

Workshop on DIR/Floortime Model

The PWCS Office of Special Education Parent Resource Center and The ARC of Greater Prince William County are co-hosting a workshop on the DIR/Floortime Model Saturday, March 20, at 10:00am. Click here for the flyer.
Congressman to host "Academy Day"

Congressman Frank Wolf, of theTenth District of Virginia, will host an "Academy Day" Saturday, April 10, from 10:00am until 1:00pm, at the Loudoun County School Board office in Ashburn, Virginia, for all students, parents, and guidance staff who are interested in learning more about the nation's service academies. Senior Grad Night!

The All-Night Grad Party will be at Dave & Busters June 12. Seniors get your tickets NOW for the low price of $45! Tickets are much more the night of the event. Junior-Senior Prom

Go to sleep in Paris…Wake up in Tokyo

Hylton's 2010 Jr.-Sr. Prom will be Friday, April 30, from 8:00pm until 12 midnight at The Waterford in Springfield. The After-Prom Party will immediately follow at Bowl America in Woodbridge. Tickets will be sold after spring break (mid-April) during all lunch shifts. Click here for more information.
Cinderella Society Accepting Donations

The Cinderella Society of Hylton High School is accepting donations of gently used and clean prom dresses and accessories for The Bulldog Boutique through Friday, March 26th, in the Guidance office. Please click here for hours of operation and more information.
AP Course Information

Students and parents of students planning to enroll in one or more AP classes for the 2010-2011 school year should review the bulletin and the letter for enrollment.
2010-2011 Online Course Requests

Online course request are now "closed". During the next few weeks students will be meeting with their Guidance Counselors to finalize their course selections for the 2010-2011 school year. Once the process is completed, parents and students will be able to view the final course list through Edulink.

Need information about the courses available next year? The 2010-2011 Course Catalog is now available online. Click here for both English and Spanish versions. The catalog is also available under the Guidance link at left. Hardcopies of the catalog will be provided to students in February.
